Can you work for just 5 minutes? Sure you can! No matter how horrible the task, how far behind you are, how much you have to accomplish, you CAN do something productive for 5 minutes. Use a timer of some kind.

Then reward yourself for a definite amount of time, probably 10 minutes.

Repeat the cycle for as long as you need to get it all done. I know it seems like 5 minutes at a time will take forever, but remember what Dan Millman wrote:
